ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB:
We are looking for an OT Endpoint Tech Leader to focus on securing and managing OT endpoints (ICS, SCADA systems, and OT devices) across the entire organization on a group-wide scale. This role is responsible for setting standards and implementing security measures for all OT endpoints across multiple regions, collaborating with Network, Security, and Operations teams to protect critical assets and ensure compliance with security best practices. As a group role, the OT Endpoint Tech Leader will have a broad impact on securing OT devices and ensuring the endpoint protection strategy across various locations and operational units.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Endpoint Security:
Implement endpoint security measures across all OT environments within the organization, ensuring that all OT devices are secure from potential cyber threats. This includes the deployment of endpoint protection solutions and vulnerability assessments for multiple regions.
Collaboration:
Work with Network, Security, and Operations teams to create a cohesive endpoint protection strategy. Ensure consistent implementation of best practices and security standards across all locations.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure that OT endpoint security measures are compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements across all operating regions, minimizing compliance risks at a group level.
Operational Efficiency:
Manage the endpoint lifecycle across the organization, ensuring efficient processes for device management, configuration, and security. Work with regional teams to ensure minimal downtime and maximum endpoint availability.
Incident Response & Resilience:
Build and maintain a resilient infrastructure to ensure that OT endpoints can recover quickly from security incidents across the entire organization. In case of security incidents, lead response and recovery efforts, collaborating with the Cyber Investigations and Forensics Response teams.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in OT endpoint security management, with a focus on large-scale or group-wide operations.
Strong knowledge of ICS, SCADA, and OT endpoint protection.
Experience working in a global or group-wide role, with familiarity in handling multi-location operations.
Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory requirements for OT security.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience in incident response and recovery on a broad scale.
Preferred certifications: GICSP, CISSP, or similar.
