Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Sales Representative. The primary responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients through high volume outbound calling, identifying and qualifying leads, and building strong relationships. The role involves showcasing products or services, addressing customer inquiries, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The position also requires collaboration with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and contribute to overall team success.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales techniquesStrong Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationshipsExperience in Lead Generation and pipeline managementExemplary Communication skills, including verbal and written communicationSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven approachProficiency in CRM tools or sales software is a plusPrior experience in the BPO industry or a related sales environment is advantageousAbility to work independently in a remote setup with strong time management skillsC1 English level
