Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Outdoor Sales Engineer to lead B2B sales efforts and manage key client accounts across high-value industries.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical background and proven sales experience, capable of engaging with large-scale clients such as construction contractors, engineering consultants, infrastructure companies, manufacturers, and energy sector players.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts
- Identify and target large enterprise clients across construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, and energy sectors
- Conduct market research and prospect high-value accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
- Deliver technical presentations and propose suitable solutions based on client needs
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and negotiations until deal closure
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term account retention
- Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting through CRM systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or engineering-related fields
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of the English language
- Knowledge of CAD, BIM, Steel Detailing, or Interior Design solutions is a strong advantage
- Experience dealing with construction, manufacturing, or energy sectors is highly preferred
- Must own a car
- Must be resident in Cairo
