About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join the pre-opening team of our new concept.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Lead and oversee all day-to-day outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service excellence.
Drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction through effective operational and financial management.
Coach, develop, and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and uphold luxury hospitality standards.
Monitor and maintain the highest levels of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
Manage budgets, forecasting, inventory, and cost controls to achieve business objectives and optimize performance.
Build strong relationships with guests and key stakeholders while identifying opportunities to enhance the outlet's reputation and results.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership responsibilities.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.
Excellent guest engagement and relationship management skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.
