This role sits directly within the founder's office and is critical to building deal flow and market access.

Role Description

We are hiring an Outreach & Deal Flow Associate responsible for building direct conversations with investors, advisors, and capital partners across the UAE.

The objective is simple:

create a consistent flow of qualified conversations for the founder.

This is a high-execution role, not a back-office or administrative position.

1. Target Identification & List Building

• Identify relevant profiles across:

• family offices

• wealth managers

• lawyers

• business owners

• Build and maintain structured contact lists daily

• Send daily outreach via:

• LinkedIn

• Email

• WhatsApp

• Use structured messaging (founder-led tone)

• Maintain consistency and volume
