Job Summary

The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and promoting lightcurrent solutions that meet customer needs. The role focuses on field sales, client visits, and maintaining strong relationships to support business growth. This position requires a proactive communicator capable of managing sales cycles and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and conduct field visits to assess client needs and promote relevant products and services.
  • Present and explain technical and financial information including pricing, credit terms, and product availability.
  • Obtain deposits and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely financial closure.
  • Maintain accurate and updated client records across all assigned channels.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding product specifications, technical details, and commercial terms.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports covering leads, visits, conversions, and pipeline status.
  • Promote company solutions in alignment with market needs and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
  • 25 years of experience in Light Current or related technical sales.
  • Proven field sales background with clientfacing responsibilities.
  • Efficient and organized work style.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
  • Basic understanding of lightcurrent systems (security, safety, automation).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic English proficiency for communication and documentation.
  • Ability to work outdoors and conduct daily client visits.
  • Strong followup and pipeline management.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage time effectively.
