Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide after-sales technical support and conduct product training on battery systems for customers.
  2. Address customer after-sales issues, propose solutions, and collect customer feedback and needs.
  3. Guide customers in equipment inspection, maintenance, and training on basic safety operations.
  4. Coordinate after-sales resources to ensure provision of spare parts, technical support, and service guarantees.
  5. Assist in business communication and negotiations for overseas projects, providing after-sales advice including warranty agreements and service protocols.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong English communication skills; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
  2. Background in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related fields; bachelor's degree or higher, with familiarity in battery system principles and maintenance.
  3. Excellent problem-solving skills to promptly address customer after-sales issues and accurately collect requirements.
  4. Ability to conduct safety operation training, with knowledge of equipment safety standards and guidance for inspection and maintenance.
  5. Strong coordination skills to manage after-sales resources, including spare parts and technical support.
  6. Basic business communication skills to assist in negotiations and provide after-sales agreement recommendations.
