Coordinate after-sales resources to ensure provision of spare parts, technical support, and service guarantees.
Assist in business communication and negotiations for overseas projects, providing after-sales advice including warranty agreements and service protocols.
Qualifications:
Strong English communication skills; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
Background in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or related fields; bachelor's degree or higher, with familiarity in battery system principles and maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving skills to promptly address customer after-sales issues and accurately collect requirements.
Ability to conduct safety operation training, with knowledge of equipment safety standards and guidance for inspection and maintenance.
Strong coordination skills to manage after-sales resources, including spare parts and technical support.
Basic business communication skills to assist in negotiations and provide after-sales agreement recommendations.
