About the Role
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Recruiter Visa & Workforce Coordination to manage the end-to-end visa process for our manpower operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and compliant visa processing, coordinate with candidates and authorities, and support the mobilization of workforce to client projects in KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full visa lifecycle, including issuance, follow-up, renewals, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with candidates, clients, and government authorities to ensure timely processing of work permits and residency (Iqama).
- Ensure all documentation meets Saudi labor regulations and company compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all visa-related activities and generate periodic reports.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to align manpower deployment schedules.
- Track visa status and provide updates to management and candidates.
- Address and resolve any issues or delays in visa processing promptly.
- Support onboarding and mobilization of international and domestic workforce.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, manpower services, or visa processing (KSA experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws, visa regulations, and Iqama procedures.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
