Job Description

We're Hiring Overseas Sales agent at Quola-Egy is a trusted provider of integrated freight forwarding and logistics solutions.

Role Overview:

The Overseas Sales Agent will drive Quola's market expansion by identifying new international sales opportunities, building strong distributor and client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle in assigned regions. This role requires excellent communication skills, cultural awareness, and the ability to work in dynamic, fast-growing international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide support to the existing network of distributors in the designated sales territories.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new distributors to expand market presence.
  • Travel internationally to visit distributors and end-users as required.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers, offering value added services where appropriate.
  • Schedule and attend meetings with potential customers to present the company's services.
  • Respond to customer needs, negotiate prices and terms to close sales and achieve targeted profit margins.
  • Co-ordinate with overseas agents and relevant internal departments to ensure seamless import/export services for customers throughout the process.
  • Prepare sales reports and present them to the department head and management for analysis and sales performance improvement.
  • Follow up with recent market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in international sales, export marketing, or global business development.
  • Strong understanding of overseas market dynamics and multicultural communication.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
