Job Description

  • Lead site-level plant and machinery strategy covering planning, mobilization, deployment, and maintenance to support the project execution schedule.
  • Prepare equipment requirement plans in coordination with execution, planning, and procurement teams.
  • Ensure implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Drive the performance of equipment in terms of availability, utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, statutory requirements, and environmental norms related to equipment operations.
    • In-depth knowledge of heavy equipment planning, operations, and maintenance
    • Proficiency in CMMS, ERP systems, and asset tracking tools
    • Strategic thinking and project leadership
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management
