POSITION

PA - Hospitality | VVIP Private Estate

LOCATION

Abu Dhabi UAE The client will arrange the work visa and provide relocation if not local.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The PA - Hospitality will support a VVIP Principal and Family with a focus on travel, dining, events, and hospitality arrangements. The role requires excellent organizational ability, refined taste, and the capacity to deliver five-star service standards within a private palace environment. This position is ideal for a professional with strong hospitality leadership experience who can seamlessly transfer those skills into a private estate setting.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong background in hotel, hospitality, or restaurant operations
  • Exposure to palace or private family environments (preferred)
  • Proven ability to handle travel arrangements, bookings, and coordination
  • Excellent understanding of luxury standards, quality, and guest expectations
  • Solid Food & Beverage knowledge with ability to manage service to the highest level
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Previous experience as a General Manager, Resort Manager, or equivalent leadership role in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage service teams with discretion and professionalism
  • Familiarity with international service protocols and VIP guest expectations
  • Proven track record in managing and elevating F&B service and hospitality standards
  • Fluent in English MANDATORY
  • Fluent in French and Arabic highly regarded (Mandatory at least one of these)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Exercise full scrutiny of all Food & Beverage service, ensuring service levels are continuously upgraded
  • Oversee the planning and delivery of all events: VIP occasions, family gatherings, children's events, and friends entertainment
  • Book restaurants and external venues appropriate to the style, standards, and expectations of the Family and their guests
  • Improve the service quality and overall guest experience within the estate
  • Manage purchasing with excellence, understanding the Family's style, preferences, and standards of quality
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, and bookings for the Principal, Family and Staff
  • Liaise with household staff, hotels, suppliers, and service providers to ensure seamless operations and events
  • Anticipate needs and deliver proactive service with discretion and attention to detail

SALARY

AED 35,000 - AED 40,000 tax free in UAE
