Job Description
Manage the administrative, confidential and secretarial duties of the office and your supervisor(s).
Perform duties for the office in order of workload priority.
Manage correspondences to and from the office for your supervisor(s) in a professional manner including mail, e-mails and meeting requests.
Coordinate and maintain an organized schedule for your supervisor(s) based on business needs.
Assist with the development of reports on behalf of your supervisor(s) as required.
Coordinate functions and activities with regional, divisional and corporate staff as appropriate.
Establish and maintain strong and effective Employee relations.
Maintain a complete understanding of the Employee Handbook and adhere to regulations contained therein.
Maintain a complete understanding of the Hotel s policy relating to fire, safety and health, and ensure all precautions are taken to safeguard against incidents.
Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your superiors.
