Job Title: Packing Workers (Factory)

We are currently hiring Packing Workers for our factory.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packer located in Dubai.

The Packer will be responsible for packaging products according to company standards, inspecting items for quality issues, labeling containers, and maintaining accurate records of packed items. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and effective coordination with team members to ensure timely and efficient packing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Familiarity with packing, labeling, and quality control processes
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items when required
• Time management and the ability to meet production deadlines efficiently
• Basic computer skills for inventory and record-keeping tasks
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors
• Previous experience in packing, shipping, or warehousing roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent education

Requirements:

• Previous experience in packing or factory work is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Hardworking and reliable
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Candidates who speak Filipino and Nepali are preferred.
