Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Packing Machine Operator located in Dubai. The Packing Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining packing machinery to ensure efficient production. Daily tasks include monitoring machine performance, performing quality control checks on packaging, utilizing hand tools for adjustments and minor repairs, and upholding safety and operational standards. The role requires effective communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Machine Operation, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Quality Control methods to ensure adherence to company standards
- Understanding and experience with Machinery and basic mechanical systems
- Skilled in the use of Hand Tools for adjustments and maintenance
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Basic understanding of workplace safety and ability to follow operational guidelines
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
