Through Versus, the Group's AI-powered creative agency also based in Dubai, media and creative are delivered together for the same objectives.
The Role :
We are building the agency of the future, and this role sits at the centre of it. At Heroiks MENA, media experts own the work end-to-end. You will think, plan, and activate, because the best results come from people who understand the full picture.
As a Paid Media Analyst, you will be embedded in client strategy from day one, translating business objectives into cross-media campaigns across Paid Search and Paid Social, while collaborating closely with our Programmatic, SEO, and Measurement teams. You will be trained on our proprietary and partner AI tools, but AI does not replace platform expertise, it demands it. That is why deep expertise across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snap, and X is non-negotiable. This is a demanding, fast-paced role across multiple clients and priorities. The work you do here directly shapes how brands grow and compete in the region. You will report directly to the Senior Paid Media Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Client Partnership :
Develop a deep understanding of client business models, competitive landscapes, and growth objectives to inform media strategy.
Translate client briefs and KPIs into actionable cross-media campaign plans spanning Paid Search, Paid Social, and beyond.
Participate in client-facing meetings and presentations, bringing data-backed insights and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Activation & Optimisation :
Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snap Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads, including app install and engagement campaigns.
Manage cross-media budgets, ensuring allocation decisions are driven by data and aligned with client ROI targets.
Work closely with SEO, Programmatic, and Measurement teams to ensure integrated delivery across channels.
Propose and run test-and-learn experiments: bidding strategies, audience segments, creative formats, channel mixes. Measure results and iterate.
AI Workflows & Platform Mastery
Learn and adopt our AI tools to accelerate workflows, while applying deep platform knowledge to evaluate and quality-control AI-generated outputs.
Continuously explore new platform features, bidding strategies, and automation capabilities across all active channels.
Analysis, Reporting & Insights :
Go beyond platform metrics: connect media performance to client business outcomes including revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition costs.
Work with data from multiple sources including ad platforms, GA4, MMPs, and client-side data across web and app.
Contribute to client QBRs and performance reviews with clear, narrative-driven analysis that ties media activity to business impact.
What We're Looking For :
24 years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing. This is a specialist role. We are looking for genuine depth, not a generalist.
Proven proficiency across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snap Ads, TikTok Ads, and X Ads.
Strong business acumen. You understand how paid media connects to client revenue, margins, and growth.
Data-fluent. You can interpret, question, and act on what the data is telling you.
Intellectually curious, AI-ready, and excited about new tools, but you know they are only as good as the person using them.
An owner. You take accountability for outcomes, not just deliverables.
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
