We are seeking a Paralegal Construction Contracts to support our road and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on contract review, drafting, and administration, particularly under FIDIC-based contracts, working closely with project, commercial, and management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and organize construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments
- Assist in administration of FIDIC contracts (Red Book)
- Support variation orders, claims, EOTs, and contractual correspondence
- Prepare contract summaries, risk notes, and obligation trackers
- Monitor notices, deadlines, and contractual compliance
- Coordinate with QS, Project Managers, and external legal advisors
- Maintain organized contract and claims documentation
- Support dispute preparation (without providing legal opinions)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law OR Civil Engineering
- Minimum 37 years experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, preferably contractor-side
- Experience in road or infrastructure projects is mandatory
- Strong English drafting and reading skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
