Job Description

We are seeking a Paralegal Construction Contracts to support our road and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on contract review, drafting, and administration, particularly under FIDIC-based contracts, working closely with project, commercial, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, draft, and organize construction contracts, subcontracts, and amendments
  • Assist in administration of FIDIC contracts (Red Book)
  • Support variation orders, claims, EOTs, and contractual correspondence
  • Prepare contract summaries, risk notes, and obligation trackers
  • Monitor notices, deadlines, and contractual compliance
  • Coordinate with QS, Project Managers, and external legal advisors
  • Maintain organized contract and claims documentation
  • Support dispute preparation (without providing legal opinions)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law OR Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 37 years experience in construction or infrastructure projects
  • Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts, preferably contractor-side
  • Experience in road or infrastructure projects is mandatory
  • Strong English drafting and reading skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
