Parking Surveyor

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Parking Surveyor based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Parking Surveyor will be responsible for conducting field surveys to assess parking capacity, vehicle patterns, and facility usage. The role includes collecting and analyzing data, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to optimize parking operations. Additionally, the Parking Surveyor will collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and ensure compliance with company and client standards.

• Experience in conducting on-site surveys, data collection, and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management skills for efficient scheduling and reporting
• Proficiency in analyzing traffic and parking patterns to provide actionable recommendations
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
• Technical aptitude for utilizing relevant tools and technology during surveys

• Familiarity with transportation and parking management practices is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus
