Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Part-Time Gym Trainer to support the PFDC athlete development program. The trainer will run structured strength and conditioning sessions focused on mobility, injury prevention, technique, speed, and functional movement. This role is ideal for a fitness professional who enjoys working with youth athletes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead gym sessions focused on mobility, strength technique, and functional training.
Teach proper form to reduce injury risk and improve player performance.
Deliver speed, agility, and coordination training.
Monitor athlete progression and correct technique during exercises.
Align gym training with PFDC football objectives and performance goals.
Maintain professionalism, safety, and discipline at all times.
Provide feedback to PFDC coaches regarding player physical development.
Qualifications
Certified Personal Trainer (REPS Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Experience with youth athletes is preferred.
Strong understanding of strength & conditioning and mobility training.
Ability to demonstrate and teach correct technique.
Good communication skills, patience, and professionalism.
Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
