Job Description

HEC-UK is a corporate training provider based in London and Doha. We offer trainings on a number of areas including leadership, strategic alignment, restructuring, organisational transformation through staff skills development, internationalisation and many more.

We closely work with the UK higher education sector in developing bespoke programmes for our clients which include international governments, public and private sector organisations from all over the world but mainly from the Middle East.

We arrange research funding for our university partners and support researchers in finding the right School for them to pursue their research.

Responsibilities

This is a part-time, on-site role as a Lecturer at HEC-UK located in Doha. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering short lectures and providing high-quality teaching. You will be closely working with the Director Trainings and Skills Development and expected to contribute in improving course content in accordance with the required academic standards.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Master's degree in Management or relevant professional qualification
  • Prior teaching experience, as well as experience within academia or industry
  • The ability to convey complex ideas to candidates of diverse professinal backgrounds
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • The capacity to be versatile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
