THE ROLE

As Partner Sales Manager MEA, you will own the end-to-end acceleration of revenue through the partner ecosystem.

  • Build and own a new business pipeline across MEA through close collaboration with resellers, system integrators and SAP partners
  • Act as the commercial counterpart embedded in partner sales teams, co-selling and driving deals from first outreach to closure
  • Identify opportunities in the market and actively bring them to partners for execution
  • Generate leads through direct prospecting, network, and targeted outreach
  • Manage multiple partners while staying unbiased and opportunity-focused
  • Deliver against ambitious revenue targets in a high-autonomy, high-ownership environment

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for a commercially sharp, hands-on sales professional who thrives in partner-led environments and is comfortable building pipeline from the ground up.

  • 5+ years of experience in software sales with a proven focus on partner / channel sales
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business opportunities through partners
  • Exposure to the SAP ecosystem or similar enterprise software solutions is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is highly preferred
  • Self-starter mindset: proactive, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity

PACKAGE

A highly competitive salary of up to 50,000 AED plus performance-linked bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
