Partnerships & Community Manager (Wellness)
Location: Dubai
Fynde is partnering with a fast-growing international consumer platform launching a new wellness-focused venture designed to connect health-conscious consumers with curated products, experiences, and communities.
As part of this growth, the organisation is looking to appoint a Partnerships & Community Manager to help build the brand's presence within the fitness and wellness ecosystem. This individual will play a key role in developing partnerships with gyms, studios, wellness centres, and influential professionals within the health and fitness community.
This role is highly relationship-driven and commercial in nature, suited to someone who enjoys building partnerships, identifying opportunities, and growing a brand through strong networks across the wellness and fitness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Identify and develop partnerships with gyms, fitness studios, yoga centres, wellness clinics, spas, and health-focused venues that align with the brand.
Proactively approach potential partners and negotiate collaboration opportunities such as product placement, co-branded activations, referral programmes, and sampling initiatives.
Build and manage a structured pipeline of partnership opportunities, from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
Design partnership models suited to different venue types and audiences, ensuring collaborations deliver brand exposure, community engagement, and commercial value.
Manage partnership agreements, activation plans, and ongoing partner performance.
Key People & Influencer Relationships
Build strong relationships with key figures in the wellness ecosystem including gym owners, personal trainers, nutritionists, wellness coaches, and fitness community leaders.
Develop a network of brand ambassadors and wellness advocates who can authentically represent the brand within their communities.
Support the development of ambassador programmes, affiliate partnerships, and collaborative content opportunities with fitness professionals.
Represent the brand at fitness events, wellness meetups, and community gatherings to build awareness and expand the partner network.
Work closely with the brand and marketing teams to identify opportunities for influencer collaboration and community engagement.
Ideal Profile
Background within the fitness, wellness, health, lifestyle, or consumer brand ecosystem
Experience developing partnerships, collaborations, or commercial relationships
Strong network within gyms, studios, trainers, or wellness communities
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close partnerships
Highly relationship-driven with strong communication and networking skills
Entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
