About The Role
The Partnership Manager will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening our global partner ecosystem. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify high-value collaboration opportunities, build sustainable relationships, and drive measurable business growth through partnerships.
You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop long-term strategic alliances that align with our company's vision and global expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships on a global scale.
- Identify, evaluate, and connect with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Strengthen existing partnerships and build long-term, sustainable relationships.
- Initiate, develop, and manage joint projects with strategic partners.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new partnership opportunities that contribute to company growth.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and developing optimization strategies.
- Track industry trends and proactively propose innovative collaboration models.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales, and operations) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or partnership management.
- Strong knowledge of the web hosting, domain, cloud, Saas, Cyber Security or broader technology industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with a strong results-oriented approach.
- Experience working in a global business environment with cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based professional relationships.
