The Role
As the Partnerships Manager, you will be the point of contact for all Partnerships with Crypto School's Cohorts, live workshops and events.You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships that drive awareness, enrollment, and engagement in our Crypto School. You will work closely with crypto projects, exchanges, influencers, educational institutions, and corporate partners to create impactful collaborations that align with our mission.
Your primary role will be to captivate and engage future, current and past partners to our growing business, ensuring structured and impactful partnership agreements are in place, that drive both business goals and client's requirements. You will act as the glue that binds hosts, sponsors, and our business into a cohesive, high-energy learning experience as we facilitate our events towards strategic outcomes and a rewarding student experience.
This person would need to be based/living within the EMEA timezone.
Responsibilities
- Partnership Development & Strategy
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with crypto projects, DeFi platforms, NFT communities, Web3 startups, exchanges, and corporate sponsors.
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy that drives user acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth, in line with Marketing and BOOST teams.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs, industry leaders, educational platforms, and ecosystem partners to expand the Crypto School's reach.
- Negotiation & Execution
- Lead partnership negotiations, structuring deals that benefit both parties and align with business goals.
- Manage contract discussions, ensuring compliance with legal and financial guidelines.
- Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring smooth collaboration and measurable outcomes.
- Growth & Performance Tracking
- Develop KPIs and track the success of partnership initiatives, ensuring they contribute to growth objectives.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to maximize the impact of partnerships.
- Ensure the all deal flow is followed up thoroughly, and accordingly; documented and shared with the relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize performance.
- Community & Industry Engagement
- Represent the Crypto School at crypto events, summits, and online forums to foster relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging Web3 education initiatives.
- Act as a brand ambassador, championing the Crypto School's vision and mission.
Requirements
- Excellent experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain industries, working directly with KOL's and top brands, including Market Makers, Crypto VCs and liquidity providers.
- Experience working with crypto exchanges, DAOs, DeFi projects, or NFT communities.
- In depth exposure to affiliate marketing, sponsorship deals, and revenue-sharing models.
- Background in marketing, education, or content strategy; with a strong understanding of outbound actions to drive sales funnels.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset to work with hosts, sponsors, finance and technical teams.
