Role Description

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to build, strengthen, and lead strategic relationships across the global startup ecosystem. This role is responsible for activating collaborations with venture capital firms, government bodies, incubators, accelerators, corporate innovation teams, and ecosystem partners. The ideal candidate will be a connector with deep understanding of global innovation ecosystems, strong business development instincts, and the ability to create value-driven partnerships that fuel cross-border growth for founders and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, international relations, marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, ecosystem development, business development, or strategic alliances.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience working within the startup, VC, or innovation ecosystem in the UAE or wider Middle East region.
• Strong understanding of global startup ecosystems, cross-border expansion challenges, and funding/innovation landscapes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage C-suite leaders and government-level partners.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multi-region partner pipelines.
