Job Description

An exciting opportunity working within a high-profile government organisation's Partnership function, supporting PMO and reporting responsibilities across the organisation. The position is based in Abu Dhabi.

This position is exclusively for a UAEN with a Khalasat Al Qaid (Family Book).

Responsibilities overview

  • Ensure structure planning, tracking, and reporting across the partnerships portfolio, enabling disciplined execution across strategy & operations
  • Maintain master calendar of platforms, events and partnerships
  • Track milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies
  • Ensure alignment between strategy, curation, and operation workstreams
  • Develop dashboards and status reports for leadership; Prepare structured updates for senior leadership
  • Monitor KPIs and portfolio performance indicators
  • Standardize templates, trackers, and reporting frameworks
  • Identify timeline or delivery risks and escalate proactively
  • Leverage AI-enabled portfolio intelligence across project management responsibilities
  • Operate across various teams and functions, including partnerships, strategy & curation, project management, and senior leadership

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in PMO, project management, consulting, or strategy & operations
  • Strong project management and reporting skills
  • Comfortable with supporting senior-level environments
  • Experience within either government events, public sector, development or corporate environments is preferred

  • Note: UAEN Candidates with 1-5 years of experience are also encouraged to apply for a Partnerships PMO Reporting Coordinator position within the same team.
