Main job duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, particularly marketing professionals within companies and agencies, to promote sponsorship, advertising, and promotional opportunities within the club environment.
- Assist in preparing clients proposals, presentations, and sponsorship packages.
- Support negotiations and contracting processes in collaboration with the legal and accounting teams.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects, contacts, and sponsorship activities.
- Liaise with internal teams (events, marketing, digital, operations) to fulfill sponsorship commitments.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sponsorship best practices.
- Supporting team members during negotiations or complex proposals
- Conducting regular business reviews with key direct clients / agencies
- Handling follow-ups, clients inquiries, and minor issue resolution
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job's specialty.
Job requirements:
Educational background and previous experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or marketing.
- From 2 4 years of experience in sponsorships, marketing partnerships, or advertising (shopping malls or Advertising agency background).
Knowledge and Functional Skills:
- Excellent negotiation Skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client servicing abilities
- Excellent oral & written communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent MS office skills (word, excel, power point).
