The Partnerships Specialist supports the development, optimization, and performance management of strategic partnerships. The role leverages consulting experience to support analytical work, model development, reporting, and implementation of best practices in partnership management.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of strategic partnership initiatives.
- Apply consulting tools and frameworks to develop partnership models, operating frameworks, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external partners, and consultants to ensure alignment and execution.
- Prepare detailed analytical, financial, and narrative reports on partnership performance and KPIs.
- Maintain partnership documentation, dashboards, and performance tracking tools.
- Support assessments, benchmarking, and research related to partnership effectiveness.
- Identify gaps and improvement opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for senior management and governance committees.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and structured communication across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (mandatory).
Experience
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Previous experience in consulting or advisory roles is required.
- Demonstrated experience in model development, analysis, and report preparation related to strategic partnerships or project environments.
