Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Counter Salesperson located in Sharjah. The Parts Counter Salesperson will assist customers by identifying, sourcing, and selling automotive parts. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions. Building relationships with customers and offering expert advice on parts and accessories are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience for all clients
• Proven ability in Sales and fostering customer relationships
• Proficiency in Inventory Control to manage stock and maintain accurate records
• Effective Communication skills to explain products and services to customers
• Basic automotive parts knowledge is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
