What You'll Do
- Achieve monthly and annual parts sales targets.
- Provide customers with requested parts and upsell related accessories.
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations within set timelines.
- Assist customers in solving parts-related issues and identifying correct part numbers.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Expedite special orders and follow up on back orders daily.
- Maintain strong internal relationships and collaborate across departments.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing feedback and action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by sharing ideas and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years in parts sales, with strong knowledge of automotive spare parts.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Parts Catalogue, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Language: Arabic speaking preferred.
