Job Purpose
To manage and grow parts sales by directly supporting existing customers and developing new business opportunities. The PSSR (Parts) will act as the key point of contact for spare parts inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, timely delivery, and sales growth without involvement in service operations..
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with fleet customers, independent workshops, and retail clients for parts sales.
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable parts solutions from inventory or ordering channels.
- Follow up on quotations, parts orders, and ensure timely delivery and invoicing.
- Monitor market trends and competitors pricing and availability to maintain competitiveness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to parts department growth.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.

Qualification
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience
- 24 years experience in commercial vehicle parts sales (B2B or B2C).
- Strong knowledge of parts catalogs, EPC systems, and inventory software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (if field visits are part of the role).
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
Product Knowledge: knowledge of Parts items buses and trucks. Proficient in operating parts catalogue (electronic/manual)
Sales and Marketing:- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
Market Knowledge:- Knowledge of target customer, industry, territory, etc.
Language:- Proficient in English language (Verbal and written), Arabic and Hindi would be an added advantage
Persuasion:- Persuading others to change their minds or behaviour.
Active Listening:- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times
Negotiation:- Bringing others together and trying to reconcile differences
