Role Summary
The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing and producing a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts in a cloud kitchen environment. The role requires strong technical baking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistent product quality while following production schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare pastry doughs, creams, fillings, batters, and other dessert components.
- Bake cakes, pastries, tarts, and other bakery products according to established recipes.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all products.
- Follow daily production schedules and instructions from the Executive Pastry Chef or Kitchen Manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor ingredient usage and assist in reducing waste.
- Support the development of new pastry and dessert items when required.

- Professional pastry training or relevant work experience in pastry or bakery production.
