RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead and manage the pastry team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Develop and execute innovative pastry recipes and menus that appeal to our customer base.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of all pastry items produced in the department.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies to meet production needs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to develop promotional strategies for pastry products.
- Monitor and manage departmental costs to achieve financial performance targets.
REQUIREMENTS- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a retail or wholesale environment.
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and trends within the industry.
