Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients in various healthcare settings
- Perform physical examinations, obtain medical histories, and document patient information accurately
- Administer medications and assist with procedures as authorized by supervising physicians
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Coordinate patient care among different healthcare providers to ensure continuity and consistency
- Monitor patients progress and report any changes or concerns to supervising physicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field
- Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Valid medical license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the Gulf region
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred, particularly in family medicine or patient care
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient interaction
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards in healthcare
