Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Relations Officer, located in Dubai. The Patient Relations Officer will be responsible for managing patient interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service. The role includes coordinating appointments, ensuring patient satisfaction, and serving as a liaison between patients, staff, and healthcare professionals.
