Duties & Responsibilities
This position is in direct support of the Qatar Air Defense Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Field Office
Program with the International Field Sustainment Division, Qatar Field Office. The selectee will
serve as a programmatic and logistics expert and provide direct support to the Qatar Air Defense
Security Assistance Field Officer (SAFO). The selectee will provide Qatar Air & Missile Defense
Operations and Maintenance advice and assistance, cleared by and at the direction of the SAFO.
The selectee must demonstrate an expert level knowledge on logistics functions and processes,
US ARMY weapon system fielding operations, Maintenance and training, technical support and
operational/maintenance services for US ARMY systems both in garrison and non-combat field
locations. The selectee must also be familiar with logistics data bases such as LMP, GCCS-Army,
I3 Log, etc. The successful selectee will be required to travel to CONUS locations up to 5 times a
year. The incumbent must be able to obtain a SECRET security clearance
Minimum Experience
This is a senior level position, with at least 10 years of in-depth knowledge of supporting the Qatar Emiri Air Force Operations.
