Job purpose:
The Payment Acquisition Area Lead is responsible for leading, coaching, and driving the performance of a team of sales representatives to achieve acquisition, revenue, and growth targets. This role combines hands-on sales execution with people leadership, ensuring high team productivity, strong pipeline management, and excellent customer relationships.
Area Coverage: Giza Or Cairo
RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/advisors.
- Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Coach team members through regular field rides, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
- Support the team in closing strategic or high-value deals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience in Fintech, Consumer Finance, Pharmaceutical or Banking industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
