Job Description

We're seeking a Junior Payments Executive to support our payments operations and help deliver seamless payment experiences for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in

Key Responsibilities :

  • Operations Support Assist with daily payments operations, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution
  • Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on payment performance metrics (success rates, declines, chargebacks)
  • Reconciliation Support payment reconciliation processes and investigate discrepancies
  • Vendor Coordination Liaise with payment providers and processors on operational matters
  • Customer Queries Help resolve payment-related customer issues in collaboration with support teams
  • Compliance Support Assist with maintaining PCI-DSS compliance and documentation
  • Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors
  • Project Support Contribute to payments projects such as new payment method launches or system upgrades

Requirements :-

  • 02 years of experience in payments, finance, operations, banking, exchange or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
  • Good communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the payments industry

Preferred qualifications :-

  • Exposure to payment systems, gateways, or financial operations
  • Familiarity with payment methods (cards, bank transfers, digital wallets)
  • Basic understanding of payment terminology (authorization, settlement, chargebacks)
  • Experience with data tools (SQL, BI tools) is a plus but not required
