Key Responsibilities :
- Operations Support Assist with daily payments operations, transaction monitoring, and issue resolution
- Reporting & Analysis Prepare regular reports on payment performance metrics (success rates, declines, chargebacks)
- Reconciliation Support payment reconciliation processes and investigate discrepancies
- Vendor Coordination Liaise with payment providers and processors on operational matters
- Customer Queries Help resolve payment-related customer issues in collaboration with support teams
- Compliance Support Assist with maintaining PCI-DSS compliance and documentation
- Process Improvement Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Project Support Contribute to payments projects such as new payment method launches or system upgrades
Requirements :-
- 02 years of experience in payments, finance, operations, banking, exchange or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)
- Good communication skills written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the payments industry
Preferred qualifications :-
- Exposure to payment systems, gateways, or financial operations
- Familiarity with payment methods (cards, bank transfers, digital wallets)
- Basic understanding of payment terminology (authorization, settlement, chargebacks)
- Experience with data tools (SQL, BI tools) is a plus but not required
