Job Description

Job Details:

  • Supervise the payroll of O&M Secondment employees in coordination with Payroll
  • Supervise and make sure timely submission of invoices to client
  • Reconciliation of Payroll & Billing and make sure all the hours paid to the employees are back charged to client as per agreed terms and conditions
  • Support review of contracts
  • Tracking the payments Effective follow up to make sure the timely receipt of payments from client
  • Arranging equipment & materials required by Client for their routine activities and Projects.
  • Revenue and Manhour Forecasting of O&M Secondment long term contracts
  • Coordination with HR on timely renewal of O&M Secondment employees medical insurance
  • Supervision of Incentives to the employees for their Special Assignments or additional responsibilities
  • Maintaining hire track register and submit to the clients concerned project manager whenever required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in billing, payroll, or financial management - preferably within the oil & gas, EPC, or construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
