The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multinational corporation (MNC) payroll, possess a strict adherence to company policies, and demonstrate extreme sensitivity to numerical data. You will be the gatekeeper of our payroll accuracy, ensuring every hour worked, every expense claimed, and every bonus earned is calculated fairly and precisely according to company rules. Requirements
Language:Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
Experience:Proven experience in payroll processing within a Multinational Corporation environment.
Personality & Skills:
Meticulous & Patient: Possesses high levels of patience and attention to detail.
Data Sensitive: Naturally sensitive to numbers and able to spot discrepancies immediately.
Firm & Principled: Has a tough personality; willing to say no and enforce company rules strictly without exception (e.g., no approval = no payment).
Stable Work History: Demonstrates a stable career track record with minimal job hopping.
