Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help in performing all aspects of Administrative Service functions.
- Maintain personnel database regarding salaries.
- Responsible for reviewing GOSI invoices to ensure accuracy and responsible for uploading monthly WPS in Mudad ensuring all Mudad violations are justified and closed.
- Responsible for GOSI addition/deletion, attesting employees contracts in Qiwa and other governmental portals when needed.
- Assist in archiving of employee documents.
- Draft new procedures, letters and announcements.
- Assist in tracking invoices.
- Assists with telephone and counter inquiries when needed; refers issues to appropriate department manager or to the Human Resources Manager when necessary.
- Assist in the payroll process in the organization and ensure accurate payroll transactions.
- Review and research all payroll and benefit issues.
- Compile and collect all necessary payroll information: (Overtime, Food Allowances, Deductions, Adjustments etc.) and ensure that it is compliant with APC policies.
- Ensure staff payment information is updated on the system for existing employees (including monthly salaries, special allowances, overtime payment, incentives, cash benefits, deductions for General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) and cash shortage, cash advances to employees, etc.) before a designated date of every month to ensure that the payroll master file is accurate and without duplicate records.
- Manage preparation of payment vouchers and cheques for employees who do not have bank accounts or who are on international secondment and sends vouchers/cheques to the Finance Department for further processing.
- Update monthly payroll on 22nd of each month, however this date is subject to change on public holidays.
- Preparing EOSB for all employees in Middle East.
- Perform other HR functions as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in BA or a related field is required.
- Experience in Oil & Gas upstream industry is preferred.
