Job Title: Payroll Officer / Payroll Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support audits
- Ensure compliance with statutory and payroll-related regulations
- Manage payroll for different types of employment contracts
- Handle payroll aspects across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR and Finance teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
- 58 years of experience in payroll or HR/accounting functions
- Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel
- Experience in payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll
- Good understanding of employment contracts and payroll implications
