Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Officer / Payroll Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer with strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle management to ensure accurate and timely payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support audits
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and payroll-related regulations
  • Manage payroll for different types of employment contracts
  • Handle payroll aspects across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
  • Maintain payroll records and coordinate with HR and Finance teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Human Resources
  • 58 years of experience in payroll or HR/accounting functions
  • Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel
  • Experience in payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliance related to payroll
  • Good understanding of employment contracts and payroll implications
