Role Purpose:
The Payroll Specialist is responsible of Assist Payroll Manager in the areas of payroll management, SAP, and updating and maintaining all Payroll records to ensure all the statutory and non-statutory compliance of the company.
Key Accountabilities:
1- Payroll Processing
- Execute all policies and procedures pertaining to payroll administration and processing
- Any Payroll requests have to be executedprocessed daily business trips, overtime and absences, e.g., in SuccessFactors and Settle with monthly payroll, (execution as per HR policy)
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries and benefits.
- Issue WPS files from SAP, and all aspects of payroll/off-cycle processes
- Review and send payroll results to finance to pay employees by directing issuance of paychecks or electronic transfers to bank accounts.
2- Master Data Maintenance
- Determine payroll liabilities by review and apply GOSI rules to all Saudi employees
- Verify time reports, update, compute, and maintain up-to-date leave accrual
- Maintain employees leave records, leave calculation/Leave rules
- Ensure all incoming in SF, such as timesheets, are verified and approved by the appropriate supervisor; follow up on any outstanding forms
3- Compliance
- Maintains and protects payroll operations by keeping employees information confidential
- Determine payroll liabilities by review and apply GOSI rules to all Saudi employees
- Maintains payroll guidelines by reviewing and updating HR policy and procedures.
4- Reporting
- Assists the payroll manager with year-end reporting from SF/SAP
Job Specifications
- A minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar field
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration.
