Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and payroll regulations.
  • Maintain payroll records, employee data, and salary adjustments.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding payroll transactions.
  • Prepare payroll reports and support audits when required.
  • Manage leave, overtime, deductions, and end-of-service calculations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience, with using Oracle Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, calculations, and compliance.
  • High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
