Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end payroll process for a large employee base (monthly payroll cycle), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with Egyptian labor laws.
Prepare, review, and process payroll transactions including salaries, overtime, bonuses, allowances, deductions, and final settlements.
Calculate and ensure accurate application of income tax, social insurance, and other statutory deductions in accordance with Egyptian regulations.
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefits changes.
Reconcile payroll data with accounting records and coordinate with the finance team.
Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Generate payroll reports and analytics for management, including cost analysis and headcount reporting.
Manage payroll for large-scale organizations (high headcount) while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
Adapt to changing business needs and deadlines with a high level of flexibility and attention to detail.
