About the Company: We are hiring for an LG Company Payroll Specialist to manage and process the organisation's payroll functions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
About the Role: This role requires strong communication skills and a high level of English proficiency to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain employee records related to attendance, time off, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax and social insurance regulations.
- Coordinate with Finance for payroll funding and related payments.
- Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- Handle employee queries related to salaries, deductions, and benefits in clear and professional English.
- Maintain the confidentiality of employee payroll information.
- Support HR in audits and end-of-service calculations.
- Work with HR to integrate payroll data with onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Ensure timely submission of government filings and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in payroll or a similar HR/finance function.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of local labor and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
