Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant (PC) based in New Cairo. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding clients through property transactions, developing strong relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, conducting market analysis, and maintaining an up-to-date understanding of real estate trends. The role also involves negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong knowledge of market analysis and property evaluation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with New Cairo real estate market is an advantage
• Relevant work experience in real estate or sales is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
