We are looking for a PCG Engineering Testing Manager to lead and optimize our testing operations for laptops, desktops, and smartphones. This role involves managing a high-performing team, driving innovation in testing technologies, and ensuring quality standards across projects. If you are passionate about leadership and technical excellence, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build and manage the testing team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with project goals.
  • Allocate resources and oversee project progress, cost management, and quality control.
  • Drive innovation in testing technologies, including automation frameworks and tool/platform development.
  • Oversee product introduction processes and ensure smooth integration within teams.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 5 years of testing experience, including 23 years in a management role.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and processes for laptops, desktops, and smartphones.
  • Proficiency in English as a working language.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to foster innovation and continuous improvement in testing practices.
